THE BRIEF

A full brand identity for an estate agency specialising in London's most characterful period homes.

Heirloom came to us with a clear vision and a gap in the market. London's period property sector - Georgian townhouses, Victorian terraces, Edwardian conversions - was being served by agencies that all looked and felt the same. Heirloom wanted to be different. Personal, considered and rooted in storytelling, with a brand that felt as characterful as the homes it represented. The brief was to build a complete brand identity from the ground up that could stand confidently in a competitive London market and appeal to discerning buyers and sellers who value care and expertise over corporate polish.

We developed the Heirloom brand from strategy through to full creative delivery, starting with audience research, competitor analysis, tone of voice and messaging before moving into design. The visual identity draws on the warmth and heritage of period architecture, using a refined palette of Porcelain Veil, Dusted Blush and Deep Olive Ink alongside elegant typography that balances tradition with a modern sensibility.

A suite of bespoke watercolour property illustrations was created to give the brand a truly distinctive visual asset - something no other estate agency in the market has. These illustrations sit at the heart of the brand and appear across the full range of marketing materials, giving every touchpoint a warmth and authenticity that photography alone cannot achieve.

The brand was rolled out across a complete suite of deliverables including a full logo suite and brand guidelines, business cards, branded envelopes, branded coffee cups, property brochure templates and a full set of brand assets. A suite of taglines was developed to anchor the brand's tone of voice, capturing the idea that every home has a history and every client deserves a service that reflects that.
