THE BRIEF
A luxury villa brand for one of Bali's most sought-after destinations.
A UK-based property developer came to us with a vision to create a collection of luxury villas in Nusa Dua, Bali. The development needed a brand that could speak to an international buyer audience, blending contemporary design with traditional Balinese influences while positioning firmly at the ultra-luxury end of the market.


THE OUTCOME
A complete off-plan brand identity built to sell a vision, not just a property.
We developed a full development brand for Cahaya from the ground up, starting with audience research, competitor analysis and a sales and launch strategy to define how the development should be positioned and who it should speak to. From there we created a distinctive logo suite, brand pattern and colour palette that captured the sophistication of the development without losing its connection to Bali. The brand was rolled out across a digital and printed sales brochure, business cards and CGI-led marketing assets designed to give international buyers the confidence to commit to something they had not yet seen in person.
