THE BRIEF
A brand enhancement and full marketing system for an independent East London estate agency ready to stand out
Alexander Rose Estates is a friendly, independent estate agency based in Stratford, founded by Tobias with a clear belief that buying, selling and renting property should feel personal rather than transactional. The agency had an existing logo, colour palette and typography they wanted to keep, but needed everything around it built out - a stronger visual system, a clear brand voice, a full suite of marketing assets and a social media presence that would help them punch above their weight in a competitive local market.


THE OUTCOME
A complete brand world built around one distinctive creative idea
We took Alexander Rose Estates' existing identity and built an entire brand system around it, keeping the original logo and core elements while creating something far more powerful and cohesive around them. The centrepiece of the work is a distinctive hand-drawn rose brand pattern in deep forest green and gold, used across sales boards, business cards, social content and digital advertising to create an instantly recognisable visual language that works as well on a street board as it does on a phone screen.
The deliverables covered every touchpoint the agency needed to compete seriously in East London. Business cards and corporate stationery were designed to feel premium and considered. A full social media content system was created including templated post formats for open house announcements, fresh listings, sale agreed updates and client testimonials, giving the team a consistent and professional presence they could maintain independently. Out of home advertising concepts were developed for tube and billboard placements. Sales boards were designed to stand out on any street. A website refresh design brought the digital presence in line with the elevated brand. A messaging framework was developed around the agency's core USPs including their personalised service, local expertise and emotionally intelligent approach to the moving process. An animated marketing video and brand guidelines document were also delivered to ensure the brand could be applied consistently as the business grows.
