Our retainer packages cover your ongoing creative needs across design, social and marketing. That includes branded materials, website updates, seasonal and promotional design, social content creation, content calendars and paid advertising campaigns. There is no limit on design requests. We work through them one at a time.
Yes. Three months minimum, then rolling monthly. If you want to cancel after the minimum term we ask for one month's written notice.
A freelancer typically gives you one skill set and charges on a task by task basis which can add up. A retainer with IO gives you access to expertise across brand, design, web, marketing and social, all familiar with your brand, for one monthly cost. Retainers start from £1,200 per month compared to an in-house hire which typically costs £35,000 to £75,000 annually plus additional on-costs and benefits.
There is no cap on tasks. We work through them one at a time. If you have a busy period coming up, let us know in advance and we will plan around it.
