Cahaya is a premium development brand developed for a UK-based property developer with a vision to create a collection of luxury villas in Nusa Dua, Bali. Blending contemporary design with traditional Balinese elements, Cahaya captures sophistication while embracing the modern premium market. Every detail of the brand, from its logo to the carefully crafted marketing materials and CGIs, reflects an ethos of ultra-luxury, catering to potential buyers seeking a unique experience in one of Bali's most sought-after destinations.
Objective
Our objective was to create a brand identity for the development that not only highlights the luxury and exclusivity of the Cahaya villas but also resonates with an international clientele looking for a unique buying opportunity. We aimed to convey a sense of timelessness and refined taste through every touchpoint—from the modern minimalist design of the brochures and business cards to the CGI imagery.
