The Client

"Best of Medway" is a comprehensive platform designed for property enthusiasts, first-time buyers, investors, and anyone looking to relocate to Kent. The brand aims to establish a polished and trustworthy presence that provides valuable insights into the Medway area, with the potential to expand into property sourcing and estate agency services in the future. "Best of Medway" seeks to offer a refined, high-end experience that caters to a wide range of audiences, ensuring that every interaction reflects the brand's commitment to quality and professionalism.

Objective

Our objective was to design, create, and implement a bespoke brand that aligns with the target markets and stands out within the property industry. We developed a strong and timeless colour palette that conveys a sense of luxury and trustworthiness, helping to establish "Best of Medway" as a high-end, experiential service provider. The brand guidelines are versatile, ensuring consistency across various platforms, including the 'Best of Medway' website, 'Hue Property Group', and related podcast and YouTube accounts. By blending modern agency practices with experiential techniques from other industries, we created a brand personality that appeals to a diverse audience, enhancing brand recognition and supporting business growth.
